AdventZLink is a digital platform operating in the Republic of Zambia, providing Seventh-day Adventist communities with access to uniforms, books, VBS kits, departmental resources, and digital materials.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• Vendors: Sell products through our platform (subject to approval)

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Currency

All prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise specified.

• Cash on delivery (where available)

5.3 Taxes

6. Orders and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason
• Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS

6.2 Delivery

• Delivery available within Zambia
• Delivery times: 3-7 business days for major cities, 7-14 days for remote areas
• Delivery charges apply based on location and weight
• Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition with tags
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
• Digital downloads are non-refundable

7.2 Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Return shipping costs borne by customer unless item is defective

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AdventZLink, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Seventh-day Adventist Church trademarks and logos are used with permission.

8.1 Digital Resources

• Free resources are for personal and church use only
• Commercial redistribution is prohibited
• Attribution required where specified

11. Limitation of Liability

• AdventZLink's liability is limited to the purchase price of products
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• Third-party vendor products are subject to their own warranties

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• First: Direct negotiation between parties
• Second: Mediation through recognized Zambian mediation services
• Third: Zambian courts with jurisdiction in Lusaka

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
